Don’t worry, your videos are safe! All videos currently in Vidyard Rooms will remain accessible in your Vidyard library

You’ll need to download any important documents or resources stored in your Rooms before your access expires. After that time, you will no longer be able to access them.

After April 14th, any links you’ve shared to your Vidyard Rooms will no longer work. Anyone who clicks on those links will not be able to access the content.

For interactive video experiences: We recommend exploring our AI Avatars feature which allows you to create personalized video presentations with virtual avatars.

Unfortunately, comments and notes within Rooms will not be accessible after the sunset date. If you need to preserve this information, we recommend taking screenshots or copying the text before Rooms is sunset.

While we don’t have immediate plans for a direct replacement for Rooms, we are constantly innovating and exploring new ways to enhance our platform. We encourage you to check out our AI Avatars and other features in development.
